Europe: Conlon returns to his Irish roots
Dublin: Sean Conlon, one of the US’s most successful property entrepreneurs, is to enter into a joint venture in Ireland – the country of his birth.
Conlon, 37, is to team up with Dublin-based property investment and development company Investor First to form Conlon & Co (Ireland).
The new company will focus exclusively on servicing the growing Irish investor demand for US real estate.
