Megan Van Vlierbergen, the “Van” of the highly successful development firm, Van & Conlon, has been designing and developing multi-home properties in Southwestern Michigan for over fifteen years.
During the past seven years, she has directed all Michigan acquisition, financing, development, construction and sales for the firm that she owns and operates with her business associate, veteran real estate executive, Sean Conlon.
Recently, Van Vlierbergen has concentrated on three major southwest Michigan development projects, Orchard on the Lake, situated on an historically significant, operating apple orchard and private lake, Maple Beach on a scenic inland lake and Summer School Cottages and Schoolhouse Lofts, near the New Buffalo Lake Michigan waterfront.
Van Vlierbergen earned her B.A from The University of Iowa and holds Real Estate Broker licenses in both Michigan and Illinois.
