Melissa Archer
Chief Administrative Officer
Melissa joined Conlon & Co in May 2006 where she plans, develops, and establishes policies and objectives of functions in accordance with the objectives of Conlon & Co. Her multifunctional support responsibilities include administrative functions, data communications, facilities management, human resources services, insurance, office services, purchasing and security. She also assists the executive team with planning in regards to business objectives, development of organizational policies and the execution of these functions.
Prior to joining Conlon & Co., Melissa worked for Neumann Homes, Inc where she worked on New Community Marketing Start-Up Campaigns, supported the Executive Team in running the daily operations, gaining extensive knowledge in the homebuilding industry. Melissa’s other work experience includes Wonderlic, Inc., E&D Marketing, Inc., and The Peace Corps where she worked in various areas of Marketing, Business and International Development and Administrative Support.
Melissa graduated from The University of Iowa with degrees in Political Science and International Development. Melissa enjoys volunteering and has been a member of numerous tutor/mentor programs throughout Illinois, Washington, D.C., and Iowa.
