Sean Tracy
Associate Director of Investments
Mr. Tracy serves as the Associate Director of Investments for Conlon & Co., where he
currently manages properties in the Conlon Real Estate Opportunities Fund portfolio
located in Chicago, Florida and North Carolina. His focus also includes identification of west
coast investment opportunities, financial and market analysis, due diligence and closing of
new investments, and the execution of value add strategies for acquired assets.
Prior to joining Conlon & Co., Mr. Tracy was a Senior Analyst with LaSalle Investment
Management (LIM), where he closed $600 million in multi-family and office acquisitions,
with a primary focus on west coast markets including the San Francisco Bay region, Los
Angeles, San Diego, Seattle/Puget Sound and Portland. Prior to his time at LIM, Mr.
Tracy was an Associate at Wells Fargo Bank, where he assisted in the origination and asset
management of a $300 million portfolio of debt secured by office and multi-family, office,
and retail properties nationwide. Mr. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics
from Harvard University.
