Sean Tracy joined Conlon & Co in April 2009 as an Associate for the Conlon Real Estate Opportunities Fund.
Sean comes to Conlon and Co from LaSalle Investment Management, an institutional real estate private equity firm, where he worked as a Financial Analyst in the acquisitions group for two years. His responsibilities included underwriting potential real estate transactions, managing the due diligence process, and ultimately closing and transitioning the acquisition to an asset management team. Prior to his time at LaSalle Investment Management, Sean worked as a financial analyst for Wells Fargo Bank in the Real Estate Merchant Banking Group where he underwrote real estate loans to middle-market private equity funds while asset managing a portfolio of existing loans.
Sean graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University, where he also played football. |
